Is there a minimum order?
Yes. There is a required minimum of 24 pieces per design. You can mix and match apparel with the same design(same size design & same design colors) to get to 24 pieces!
How Many Products Should I Sell?
We suggest 1-2 products on your PopUp Shop. Once the 2 weeks are over, you can always start another PopUp shop and add more products!
Is there a fee to create the PopUp Shop?
Of course NOT! We create the custom PopUp Shop with custom graphics and set up everything for you… for FREE!
How long does it take to setup the PopUp Shop?
We will have the completed live custom site ready to go within 5 business days after artwork approval!
Can I make changes to the PopUp Shop?
Before launch, we walk you through your store and allow you to make any changes. Once the store launches, we suggest not making any changes.
How long is the PopUp Shop active?
We run the online stores for 2 weeks. We have found this to be the perfect amount of time!
I don’t have any artwork!
No problem! We have an incredible art team ready to help create something amazing just for you! Apparel design work may be an additional fee.
Can I see who orders from our PopUp Shop?
Of course! We can sign you up so you get notified every time someone orders!
What if I don’t sell the minimum 24 pieces?
We will bill you for the remaining items to meet our minimum requirements.
How will I receive our order?
After the two weeks is done, we will print and ship all items within 7 business days at once, and we ship everything to your church at no charge! We will also include an order checklist spreadsheet for you!
How do we get paid?
Once the campaign is over, we will write you a check within 24 business hours!
